Our company is based in the United States. We deliver products from our warehouses and suppliers located in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Who delivers my packages?
The responsible local post office delivers each package.
What happens when no one is home?
If no one is home, packages will be left in the mailbox. Otherwise, packages will be dropped off at the local post office where they can be picked up.
I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If an order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update it with the correct shipping informatinon. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once the order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
